Staff a has done excel spread sheet and safe under main folder at NT drive now sftaff b will access the staff a folder main and make changes how to stop this mess

Obviously staff member B has access to the folder either through a group permission, or an explicit user account permission. As I see it, you have two choices:

1) Remove staff B's access to exiting folder
2) Create a new folder on the network and ensure staff B doesn't have access to the new folder.
