hi ,

recently, we started receiving complaints from some of our customers that we didn't reply their emails but the truth is we never got them.

Some emails which were sent on Monday were later received on Thursday night. what could be the problem? does it have anything to do with MTU settings? Urgent response needed, please

external emails do take some time to get through anyway, it could be something at the clients end that is making it take so long, check with your ISP see if there is a fault on the line that is causing it to go slow.

Check outlook send and receive options.

could be a problem at the exchange or that is what I would tell them. then ring who ever and see if there is a known problem at the local exchange.
if not report one
