Is there any way to network a Lexmark x5650 [non-network ready] printer with a D-Link DIR-625 wireless router? can I just connect the two with a USB cable and is there some configuration page in the router (I don't have the router here - it is at a client's site) to share out the printer that way?

A HUGE thanks in advance. Sure hope to hear back real soon. Look'n to buy this model printer, unless anyone knows of a more updated version of exactly the same thing, besides networking functionality.

Chuck :)

Easiest way would be to hook it up to computer A and share it over the computer A. If you network is setup computer B should be able to access it over the network.

I expect that would require the host computer to always be running though to have the printer available all the time, no?
