Share a VPN which has access to the Internet

Specs: Windows 7
Ok this is the deal:

My residence (student dorm) has internet via a PPTP VPN. Each room connects first to the Local Network which has access only to local stuff, and then use a VPN to get access to the internet.

I have lots of gadgets and not all of them can dial a PPTP VPN so I'm looking for a way to use either my router or my laptop (or a combination of both) to share this vpn to other gadgets.

So far these are my problems:

If I enable ICS on my VPN it won't connect, it stays stuck at "Port Opened"
I've tried Connectify but it has some problems with https websites and also only creates a WiFi with WPA2 security (which my wireless frame apparently does not support)

Is there any way to create maybe a proxy in my laptop that so other gadgets access it through here? Or how can I share my VPN and successfully connect to it?

I appreciate any advice you can give. (I'm using Windows 7)

Sorry but forum rules do not allow for suggestions on how to get around school or business security.

This is not getting around any school or business policy. Anyways, at the end, all the traffic is going through the VPN so I'm not trying to bypass some security, I just want to share this connection with other devices.

At the end I could manage to create a proxy with CCProxy and so far it works great.
