I'm not sure you can directly connect a USB printer to a router that has a USB port. The problem is, once you do so, there's no way to make it available to the network.

I think your best bet is to connect the printer to a computer and then share it. Once shared, other network clients can then access it.

That router may have an inbuilt printserver. I haven't located a manual for that model, just a post on another forum regarding an incompatibility of the printserver with linux. It is supposed to work with XP. The answer will obviously be found in the router user manual.
