| My problem is that I can't get any of my Clients (Win XP Pro) to join it. I have it set up how I used to the only difference is that I am wanting to use our Modem/Router as the DHCP/DNS instead of the server|
Are your clients getting the router's IP for their DNS setting?
If yes, change that to the IP of your 2003 server and then forward the DNS on your server to the ISP's DNS server(s).
In an Active Directory domain, clients need to authenticate to the server itself and that requires them to have the server's IP as their DNS setting.
It matters not how straight the gate,
How charged with punishments the scroll,
I am the master of my fate;
I am the captain of my soul.
