Specs: Windows XP
Hi all in my company we use a cisco 1710
and we want to make a routing for mail server
with a network with subnet mask 255.255.255.0 and
a network with subnet mask 255.255.0.0

You need to create a route between the two subnets. If you need more information on routing, or creating routes, I suggest you hit Cisco's website and use google to do some research and reading. There's plenty of info available on the web.
