remote desktop software suitable for ISP use

i need to find a software that will allow me to sort out my clients problem from were am seated...am working for an internet service provider...now we need to find a software that can work when installed on my pc only!any ideas?links?HHHHHEEELLLLP!

They are MANY remote tools to use:

Some tools are harder to work with because it needs to be installed on both PCs and router port forwarding might need to be done as well to get them to work.

Others are web based and work over Port 80 (like a web browser) and do not need router configuration set up. One I like tht works this way is LogMeIn.

@pc geek, tried logmein...my boss refused it.he doesnt want one that has to be installed on both pc's...he wants one that will only be installed on hes computer and it shud allow him to view all our clients desktops...is there anything i cud use that can use ip addresses?anything plizzz
