Wireless is getting deactivated whenever i power cycle the modem,

What you're saying here is in effect, "Hey, every time I turn off the light switch in my room, it gets dark"

Think about this logically. If you shut your wireless router off, then of course the wireless network will disappear.

Stop cycling the power on the router and your problem should go away.

I am the captain of my soul.

actually that is NOT what he is saying..
he says that when he switches it off and then ON AGAIN, wifi gets deactivated automatically.. that when router comes back on, he finds wifi is off/deactivated.

your analogy should be:
every time that:
the user turns off light-switch,
and then turns on light-switch,
he finds that light-bulb does not come on UNTIL he goes and gives the bulb a twist.

fwiw, I see a similar problem with my beetel 450TC1 router.
