Specs: win 7 64 bit, 2.0 3.0
have a new computer with windows 6 64 bit. networked to a printer. printer works for a while, then computer can't access it. any suggestions? thanks,

How are you printing to that printer? by ip address? sharename?

and by the way, i can now print to the printer from clint pc's, but only after the computer that's hooked directly to the printer is restarted. that is, i start a print job from a client pc, then i restart connected computer, and the printer will print from the client. but, have to restart everytime a new print job is started from a clent pc.

I would like to ask you some question regarding the printer . have you downloaded the latest version of drivers , which firmware version are you using ? i have found a possible solution - disabling biodirectional printing -but haven't been to my office building yet to try it

haven't been at work for awhile, probably next week, will let u know. also having another issue with same system - another printer will only print under admin account, not limited account. any thoughts about this? thanks,
