Solved Poor WiFi connection running multiple devices

Specs: Windows 7 / android / iphone
I have a bt infinity setup with home hub. There are over 10 devices trying to connect. Is there a way to increase the number of simultaneous WIRELESS connections in the settings? Ethernet is not an option. Thanks!

As best I understand.. a wifi access point (a wifi enabled router) can handle upto 255 devices "trying" to connect... Mind you if they are all active/connected at the same time... logically bandwidth will be a little stretched...; and things a little "slow"?

This general article would appear to confirm it too...; complete with the caveat re 'bandwidth etc...

and this is the BT site re' wifi connections and enabling same...
