Specs: Windows 7
Hi all, this problem is neither with laptop nor with the router, it is the problem of that web server. some web servers if they are not configured correctly for NAT configurations, then if you try to access that website through WLAN then the router will assign a private IP address for all the devices that connects to its network and the router is assigned a public IP address in the internet.
whenever you try to access that website through your WLAN connected PC, your PC will check for that destination IP address within it's local router network, so hence it can't be accessed. A desirable PORT FORWARDING should be done in the router or the webserver should make their IP to be access even when accessed through WLAN network.

you can see that presently you can access those websites which can't be reached though when connected through WLAN can be easily accessed if u open them through mobile data in your mobile or LAN connected directly to router, in this case your PC will be directly present in the Public address domain network in internet...

with regards

"this problem is neither with laptop nor with the router"

I know you are trying to be helpful but unless you say which problem it refers to then nobody will know what it is supposed to fix. Either spell out the problem or provide a link to whatever post prompted this.

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks
