I have one interesting issue which is impacting lot of users, would appreciate if you can help in this.
For example One new user is created in AD, we have to set him to change password at first logon, so once the user ID is created and when user is trying to logon with temporary password he will be prompted to change password. When he puts in a new password according to the policy, he is getting error that username and password is incorrect. When this happens, it changes the password but because of the error, user thinks that the password is not changed and he tries to do that again and again and locks himself out.
So I want to remove the error "The username and password is incorrect".
When user tries to change his password after resetting the password, it happens same thing.
Would appreciate if someone can suggest solution for this.
