Pages take too long to reload...

Acer / Aspire 1650
August 29, 2009 at 09:58:59
Specs: Windows XP, 1GB
Refreshing/reloading pages with the F5 button in any of the browsers I use takes forever. The pages load slowly, often the page goes completely white for a few secs before the page finally does load.

It's the same in IE, FF, Opera, Chrome, Orca Browser.

My broadband speed is 10Mb.

Could be a router problem.
If you use a router to connect to the internet, you may have to look for a firmare update.

Please send a reply, if you solved the problem !!!

Oh ZoneAlarm.
Have you checked, what ZoneAlarm is blocking, while you're surfing?
Sometimes it blocks more than it should.

Please send a reply, if you solved the problem !!!

Thing is, I've been using Zonealarm for months and this issue I have now only started a a couple of weeks ago. I haven't changed the settings on anything.

I could try playing around with Zonealarm I guess but I'm not sure what to change.
