Specs: Windows Server 2008 & Exchange 2003
We are a company who are owned by a larger
international and have various sister
companies within the UK. We run a Windows
2008 domain with Exchange 2003 for email.
One dept is relocating to another building used
by one of our sister companies with a different
domain but are connected as we are all behind
the same firewall. We basically have to move
this dept to the other building and they have to
be able to access our network as they do at
the moment whilst being attached (physically)
to another network. I have various options but
really not sure which would be the best one.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

There might be a corporate policy on the design of the IT infrastructure. Might be that they own or already lease various service and products that might need to be looked at first.

Without knowing your "various options" it is impossible to advise.

Do you have a physical lan connection between buildings?
If not do you have internet connections to each building?
