No Wireless Settings

Specs: Windows XP Home
Okay so I recently inherited this 2004 Toshiba laptop, Model No. PSM40U-073001.

The laptop had tons of viruses and couldn't even run properly so I rebooted the computer and reinstalled Windows XP Home. Now I have wireless internet and it used to work on this exact computer and it works on 2 other laptops I have in the house and a computer. But now when I go to link up to the wireless, there aren't even any wireless settings, there's no controls for connecting to a wireless network, just the general "Create a Wireless Newtwork" tutorial. Could someone please help because I am lost.

You'll need to go to Toshiba's website and reinstall the drivers for your Wireless network card. If you go to my computer and right-click, go down to Manage, then choose Device Manager, this will show Yellow ! next to hardware that need drivers installed. This could include sound and video drivers as well.

I'm in the Device Manager and the yellow question marks with exclamation points are in the part that says Other Devices:

Ethernet Controller
Mass Storage Controller
Multimedia Audio Controller
PCI Modem
Video Controller
Video Controller (VGA Compatible)
