Did you join the new machine to the domain?

Hello Guapo, thanks for your reply. Yes, the machine joined the
domain. After I setup the new pc, I transfered all desktop,
outlook, my documents and installed all programs. Restarting
and logging on/off few times, there was no problem. Then in the
morning, everything just gone.
I guess the pc was trying to get roaming profile from the server
but failed. (The new pc still use old computer name for VPN accessing)
do you know how to stop roaming profile on the server?

Each profile can be changed individually but I don't think that's the problem. It still should have retained a local cached profile.

Add the domain account to the local machine in the control panel. That has helped me solve many problems, over the years.
