Hi, i am wondering if anyone could help me.

I'm not sure exactly what's wrong, but it seems that out of the 2 computers and 1 netbook in my house, web browsing can't work on all at one time.

The internet is clearly connected, and messenger works, however the browser will just not connect.

I have only had this problem since i attempted to set up a home network (on my xp computer) the other day.

When it first happened, the internet wouldn'[t work on the main computer that is plugged into the modem/router (the others are wireless) and the guy at the customer call centre got me to change a DCHP setting, which seemed to fix the problem. Then it happened to the laptop and the only way i could fix it was to turn off everything, reset the net then turn only the laptop (and main computer) on.

Many thanks in advance for any sort of help.

Is your modem a combination unit that is also a router?

If not, are you using ICS to connect multiple computers to the internet?

No, the router and modem are separate units (connected), I'm not sure what ICS is...
