I recently updated the Operating system on a Cybercom PC MT6 Model from Win XP Pro to Windows 7 and got the error message that there was a Device error on the network adapter. How do I get to download the files since there is driver disc?
You coule borrow someone elses computer and go download the Windows 7 drivers for the device. If there is no Windows 7 driver available yet, you've learned a valuable lesson (ie: check first that there are drivers for all your hardware before just upgrading to a newer OS)
Alternatively, if you have no friends, family, or acquaintences with a computer who will help you download the driver(s) you need and copy them to a USB memory key or burn them to a CD for you, you could always roll back to the original OS on the computer and then go hunting for Windows 7 drivers.
