Netgear 3700 connection problem

Specs: Macintosh , 1.7Ghz 8gb RAM OS10.8.5
We are a small business use a Netgear DGND3700. Have been using this since 2011 without any issues.
We have two separate domain names with email from each, both hosted by the same ISP.

For some unknown reason emails to one of the domain names have stopped downloading. The other, is working as usual. Sending emails are fine from all email addresses from both Domain names.

We have the same accounts downloading from Hotspot, and other Routers, and can access all addresses via Webmail. Our conclusion therefore is the Router.

Any ideas why one lot of email addresses are not coming. Thanks in advance Chris

Have you tried power-cycling the router?

Edit: it will pay to do this when there is no end-user demand on it.

One test is to ping the router, and see if you get a reply. Also, connect to the console port or login to the console, and see if you can ping outside the network. Ping, one of the Google DNS servers, good test. If you can get a reply, it's probably not the router.
