needed to reboot asus AC router first morning after setup

Specs: Windows 7
brand new asus wireless router...worked great when set up yesterday afternoon...couldnt even find the wireless on my asus laptop this morning...streaming to tv was constantly stopping...unplugged and waited a bit...things came back to where they were yesterday....why?

You may take a look at the Asus website and check the firmware version.

As far as I know, the firmware ASUS RT-AC66U Firmware version is on beta stage and should only be used on problems with the router.

You will find everything about the firmware versions on the website, listed above.
I personally switched back to the ASUS RT-AC66U Firmware Version
