You need to try to figure out which end isn't done right and redo it. With the little "blinking light" type of tester you're using, you won't be able to tell which wires aren't right (those testers suck really badly) so you're going to have to look.
Don't forget to look at the very end of the RJ-45 plug. Can you see all the wires touching the plastic? If not, that's likely to be the bad end.
If you're having trouble seeing which one is the bad one, pick one end and carefully redo it. Then test. If it's still not right, do the other end.
