my RJ45 cable is not working.. help me!!!

Specs: Windows 7
my job now is to terminate rj45 cable in a
i've been follow the correct colourset and crimp
it properly..
but when i test it with cable tester.. not all the
light is on.. its always 1 or two cable indicated
as not working.. so then i cut it all over again
until my hand feel so sore.. but its still not

help me guys!!!
im sure i've done it correctly!!!
and is it all the lights has to work on the tester
or 5 or six working light should be ok?

I'm sorry to say it and I don't wish to sound rude but, if you'd done it correctly, it would test, and work, just fine.

You need to try to figure out which end isn't done right and redo it. With the little "blinking light" type of tester you're using, you won't be able to tell which wires aren't right (those testers suck really badly) so you're going to have to look.

Don't forget to look at the very end of the RJ-45 plug. Can you see all the wires touching the plastic? If not, that's likely to be the bad end.

If you're having trouble seeing which one is the bad one, pick one end and carefully redo it. Then test. If it's still not right, do the other end.
