Presumably you have a different router for the new service? Presuming so then the wifi service will (usually by default) be inactive on your new router; until you set it up.

What make/model router do you now have?

You will need to find your new network and then enter the pass phrase/key (sometimes called a password). If you have other devices working on this new Wifi connection then it is the same pass phrase. Often this is on a sticker behind or underneath the router.

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks
