First off, typing in all cap's is considered yelling on the web. Not to mention it's hard to read.

Can you boot in Safe Mode?

If you don't know how to do that, reboot and when you see the POST, hit F8 repeatedly until you get a boot menu with the option to boot into Safe Mode. Choose that option. Are you able to boot to the desktop in Safe Mode?

When did this start and what, if anything was changed immediately prior to this behaviour starting? If you installed an application or game or something start by undoing your changes.

did not mean to put in all caps, have on cast and keep hitting
button. Computer comes on fine but after a couple of minutes a
box message comes up saying the computer will automatically
shut down due to nt authority system

Ok, two things you can do, research the exact error message (if you have another computer you can use) and do what I said about booting into Safe Mode.
