Tell the full story. What are the system specifications? Is this a fresh install of the operating system? Has the system ever worked and now fails to connect?

Without more detailed information we cannot begin to tell whether you have a hardware or software problem, A driver or virus/malware issue,

If Win7 cannot detect any networking hardware you might not have any or it might be faulty. We are not good at guessing.

Guess no.1 you don't have the drivers for your network adapter, wireless or LAN installed.

A thank you would be nice, if I have helped.

Use another pc. Have you checked the device manager? That might not be the problem.. Wireless or LAN?

Have you just installed windows?

Did it work before?

More details

A thank you would be nice, if I have helped.
