I have two different routers, one is: TP LINK TL-MR3420 3G/3.75G Wireless N Router, and the other is: Huawei E585 wifi device. they are both on the three network.

Also it tells me that my port 9998 is blocked most of the time when i'm trying to download p2p in bitcomet

My computer is a Packard Bell istart 1370, on windows xp.

Thankyou.

Why are there two routers on the same network? What program is trying to connect to passport.net & what is trying to connect to MS by FTP?

I have two routers because the one is a new device (mifi) and the other cannot be used outside my home without power. Recently the one i use inside my home has limited or no connectivity, so have had to start using the other. Do i need to remove the one thats playing up? Sorry i'm new to all this so don't really know what i'm doing!!! bAs you can see i'm lost and really appreciate any help suggested.

Usually, two routers on small networks cause problems. What type of internet service do you have & what equipment did they provide?
