Hi All :D First off all i want to thank all of you for your valuable time :).
i have a problem with my modem router or Internet connection.
when i play games online ( on xbox 360, Ps3, Steam )
I'm always the one with the bad connection i always have a strict Nat type and can never join any friends its very annoying so i thought its because i have the worst router in the world (cost €20,- conceptronic) so i bought a New router and a new Switch an RT-N66U router and a SE2800 switch
but when i test my ping on speedtest it still gives me a huge ping around 20-60ms
so I've trying port forwarding on my zyxel modem without result it didnt work so I've been thinking of setting it to Bridge mode but i have no clue how. also i want to optimize my router to optimal settings and i dont know alot of terms and which settings are better or worse I've tryed google some stuff but not very much help so i was hoping any of you guys/girls help me
this is my network [ Internet >>> MODEM(Zyxel P-2602H-D1A) >>> ROUTER (ASUS RT-N66U) >>> PC & SWITCH >>> (CONNECTED TO THE SWITCH = Ps3 & xbox 360 & PC & LAPTOP)

Also the Wireless router has serveral wireless clients (2-5 Mobile devices & 2-5 Laptops)

Thanks in advanced :)

ping has nothing to do with port forwarding.
The Zyxel P-2602H-D1A isn't a modem its a modem router combo unit.

Follow this article on how to properly setup your second router.

Then do the correct port forwarding in the Zyxel after assigning your devices static ips.
