Laptop not connecting to wifi

September 12, 2011 at 02:37:31
Specs: Windows XP
My laptop was working fine but has suddenly stopped connecting to the wifi. All other devices in the house are still connecting, so the router is fine. The laptop can see that the router is there (it comes up in the list of available wireless networks) but just won't connect.

Make sure the correct key is used if encryption is enabled.

I don't think there is any encryption. Certainly I didn't change any settings in between it working one day and ceasing to work the next (and since).
