IP address lost after each reboot

Specs: Windows Server 2003, lenovo
After every restart pc release ip address.

You have not provided enough detail as to the source of the problem.

pc or server?
how is it connected to the network [wired or wireless]
static or dhcp ip and what device is giving it a ip.
is this a internet issue or just a lan issue?
how are you determining you don't have a ip address after a reboot?

post the results of a ipconfig /all for review so we can check your settings.

It is pc not server.
It is connected through lan cable.
DHCP server is providing ip to the system.
It is only lan issue not internet issue.
After rebooting i am checking in command prompt "ipconfig" it is showing 0.0.0.0
but after giving ipconfig /renew it gets ip address.

reload the network card drivers from scratch
replace the network card
