Internet History for all users???

Specs: Windows Server 2008 Standard
I am trying to be able to review all of the internet history/activity that goes out of my organization to ensure the staff are in compliance with the IT policies.

What I would ideally like to see is a list of visited websites grouped by user so I can quickly review this. This would be much better than going to every single user's computer individually.

Is there a way to do this? Is there a log file that is generated somewhere? Or something else?

I'd appreciate anyone's help on this!

Further info that may help to understand:

I have my server (windows server 2008 standard) and each user accesses the internet by initiating a remote desktop application to use Firefox on the server.

I am hoping that between Win Server and/or Firefox there is some record created of the web sites visited by each user.

Thanks for any info!
