Internet Explorer Script error message

Specs: Microsoft Windows Vista Home Basic, 2 GHz / 445 MB
On many of my web pages I get "errors on this webpage might cause it to work incorrectly". I even get this on yahoo or my homepage. How can I correct this?

These advertizements?

running antispyware? It could be blocking
have you reviewed your hosts file?

No. It's at the bottom left, where it says DONE. It happens on my trusted websites also.

I think IE8 runs better on Vista and windows 7 than on XP
from what I see and read. My main PCs are XP, I've tried IE8
on them, but Prefer IE7 too.

IE8 IS more secure, but it is slower and has issues with
software firewalls too, on XP, from what I am seeing.
