Internet browsing chksum and more :(

Specs: Windows 7, 2 gb
Heres a quick summary:

Dell laptop No CD/DVD or floppy (in case a reformat is needed)
Windows 7 Professional Korean edition (I only read a little Korean so I might need a step by step guide. Screen shots appreciated, even if its the English version.)

Internet connection is not the issue. I can still get on skype and play games. I just cant browse the internet after a few minutes. When I first turn the computer on it works fine for about 5 minutes. I have tried Chrome and IE. I ran multiple antivirus programs (after the problem started) to scan for viruses or malware. (AVG, Avast, Malwarebytes, AD-Aware, Clam AV). I've also tried the basic IP config commands and connecting to my and my neighbors Wif-fi to no success.

After that I opened my Ubuntu Partition and I do not suffer the same problem. The browser works fine no issues. At this point I think its a rootkit but no antivirus is showing anything.

I tried to use Dell DataSafe Local Backup but the program crashed.

Now im starting to get asked to checksum when I boot windows fairly often.

Try Firefox:

Don't install Google Chrome as it often messes up the system.

Checksum is a system error. If it happens during a boot then it is almost certainly a problem with your hard disk.

Re-boot to safe mode and run chkdsk /f/v/r on each drive in turn.

chkdsk c: /r/v/r
chkdsk d: /f/v/r

If any errors are encountered you may get a massage asking if you want to run chkdsk on the next reboot. Answer Yes. There are some errors that Windows cannot fix while the drive is in use so they are fixed right at the beginning of the boot process.
