I see your Local Area Connection shows DHCP is enabled, yet you get assigned an APIPA address. This is happening because your client is not able to communicate with the DHCP server.

What are you using for a DHCP server?

If it's a SOHO Router, I recommend powering it off for about 10 seconds and then powering it up again. Then try renewing your DHCP connection using the following commands in a command prompt window:

ipconfig /release (Enter)
ipconfig /renew (Enter)

Let us know if that works or not.

It matters not how straight the gate,
How charged with punishments the scroll,
I am the master of my fate;
I am the captain of my soul.
