Specs: Windows Vista
I have a Intellinet 300n router, i set it up my adsl line is faulty so network runs for 1 min and freeze cannot even access admin via explorer. Does this mean if ADSL is down my whole network fails?

if adsl down you still have your lan
if the router is down and it is also your lan switch then yes you have no lan.

your post is a bit jumbled. "I set it up" and "my adsl line is faulty" don't belong in the same sentence. Could you explain clearly what works and what does not?

Are you sure you have it cabled correctly?
Were you ever able to access the router to set it up?

Sounds more like your workstation is set to dhcp and these routers are not yet configured as dhcp servers.

No dhcp means no ip address = no networking.

Did you follow the routers manual for setup?
