Identify which router or pc is flooding in LAN

Dear all,

Good morning!

I hope you can help me. I have a problem with my network, every 6pm-10pm the network is congested. can anyone help me how to identify which router or pc is flooding in the network.

You need to be more specific on how your network is set up, especially since you insinuate multiple routers are involved. Normally you would log into your router and read the activity from the router to indicate destinations.
Business or home?
Do you have one or more computers set to update either Windows or AntiVirus program at this time?
Is it your network or is it your ISP? DO a Speed Test online at different times to determine this. Contact your ISP to see if they have a congestion issue in your area (Cable/DSL).

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.

unclear what "my network" means. Home? Business? Internal access? External access?

6pm to 10pm would indicate to me this is a home network not a business one.

If this concerns internet access then I would suspect the ISP is oversubscribed and everyone is getting on the internet at the same time saturating the link.
