I want to disable the properties of LAN

Specs: Windows Vista, Core2 Duo/2GB
I am using Vista and have only one user accounts for all guys. Now I want to prevent changing the DNS server IP. Please tell me the way, I can prevent changing the DNS server IP or disable the LAN Properties.

The only way to prevent someone from changing network properties is to give them a limited account. You cannot restrict anyone using an admin account.

Thanks for reply and for the suggestion too.
But isn't there any thing that can be done without having a new limited account, like group policy or any third party softwares?

Group policy can hide the settings but you won't be able to see them either. And group policy settings can be changed by any admin account. Trying to restrict what an admin can do is an exercise in futility. The only way you can truly do this is with a domain policy and for that you need a domain running on a server OS.

Thats exactly what I want now. As the users, I want to restrict it for, are not so tech savvy so its hard for them to revert back the hidden options. I tried the gpedit>user config>Networks>network & connections
but it doesn't seem to work.
Please help me out of this.
