I want to convert my intranet page to internet

I have a HP ML110 G6 server running windows server 2008 R2 standard. I have 2 network intarface adapater (NIC). I have a public IP address (static) assigned to me by my ISP which I use for internet connection. I created a webpage on the server but its intranet. Only the computers in d building cann access this page. However I want to access it outside d building I.e converting it to internet page. Please how do I do this? I am running IIS7
Pls help with step by step procedured. Thank you

Open CMD (command prompt) and type in:
netstat -anp tcp

Search for ip_address:80

If you get only the internal ip address, listening to port 80, there is an assignment made in the webserver configuration.

If so:
Click Start / Run and start the inetmgr.
In inetmgr, check whether only the internal IP address is assigned to the webserver.
If so, switch it to not assigned, so that the webserver acts on all network cards in the server.
