I want to connect to DVR by laptop but I have this phrase:

Please install IE ActiveX: IE_Plugins.exe from CD or download.

1. I have downloaded the IE ActiveX
2. I have switched the ActiveX "ON" on my IE.
3. I have installed IE 9.
But the result same: Please install IE ActiveX: IE_Plugins.exe from CD or download.
Help me please. What can i do?

specifically when are you asked this question?
right after you put the ip address of the dvr in IE and hit go?

I installed Ffox v.14 today. All also: Please install IE ActiveX: IE_Plugins.exe from CD or download from interne. I am searching the solution of this problem.
