I need to verify if forwarded email is real

May 24, 2012 at 16:24:31
Specs: Windows Vista
someone at work sent me an e-mail they claim was forwarded. I don't think it was, and I need to know before I ask, because accusing someone of making it look forwarded, I viewed the source code, but I can't tell, it was sent through a microsoft exchange server..
I think they copied and pasted and changed dates, is there anyway to tell from the source code?

Use to be that one could use dot commands to tell.

We all know .cc or .bcc but .ack I think used to be the acknowledge shortcut.

Hang up and live.
