However if you are using the Internet you have no choice but to use TCP/IP. For the most part you have little control of the data transfer speed, That is mainly down to your ISP and the rest of the Internet. All you can do is buy more bandwidth.|
If you are using a private network that is a different matter altogether. You can use whatever protocol you want but TCP/IP is probably still the best.
