I have 2 different workgroup and same IP.

Specs: Windows XP
I have 2 different workgroup and same IP.
Example: (Workgroupname) , (IP Address)
1) WORK1, IP : 203.76.109.19 – 255.255.255.240
2) WORK2, IP : 203.76.109.21 – 255.255.255.240
My computer have 1 network port.
My Network connection is like this:
CPU > Switch > ISP
How can i access those workgroup without changing workgroup name and ip?

It would appear your provider is giving you local ip addresses.

Why are you using two workgroups? Why are you not using one?

If you used one workgroup with your one subnet your question would be answered.
