Here is a sample using a Vista CD.

4: This will bring up a command window.

Have you tried to reset to Factory Settings?
Can't find a manual for this kind of cheapy. Somewhere in the google search it mention that the button on the front serves dual purpose; WPS key and Reset function. Alternatively there may be a reset button on the back panel next to the power plug.
Not sure how the reset function works; Try power. Hold reset-button and power-on. Release after few seconds and check if the login/password is reset to admin/admin.

Any manual supplied with the device?

✔ Best Answer
See this discussion re' the same device, and the suggestions which do include hitting the reset button; which resets it back to default (factory) login - typically admin / admin.
