I Cant Connect To The Internet?

Specs: Windows 7
Ok I Have A Cricket Broadband Modem To Connect TO The Internet When I Click Connect On The Cricket Application It Says It Connected Successful But When I Try To Use The Internet Its Like It's Not Connect It Used To Work And I Know Its Not The Modem Because It Works On My Laptop. And Also When I Click On Network Dianostics It Says It Cant Seem To Find A Problem Or Sometimes It Says To Connect The Enthernet Cable 3 Or Something Like That. But I Have Never Used One Of Those Cables I Connect Through The Modem. And Also When I Open Up The Network And Sharing Center The Line That Connecting THe Pc Icon To The Middle Icon THere Is An Exlamtion Mark But The Diagonostis Cant Find Nothing Wrong With It When I Click On It. Help???

click the windows button (vista or 7, start button in xp), type cmd in the text box and press enter. At the prompt type, ipconfig -flushdns, press enter. When that finishes, type ipconfig -release, press enter, when that finishes type ipconfig -renew, press enter. Now try it again.

Okay When I Type The Flush One It Does It Successfuly But When I Type The Release One It Tells Me: No operation can be performed on local area connection 3 while it has its media disconnected It Tells Me The Samething When I Type The Renew One

No Its A Modem That You Connect To A Usb Port If You Dont Know What Im Talking About Just Google Cricket Modem And Look At The Images

oh yeah... sorry. Pull out the aircard, uninstall the software, plug the card back in, let it reinstall, and then try it.
