what procedure does the manual tell you to follow?
for example what is the default ip address, account name and password?Answers are only as good as the information you provide.
How to properly post a question:
Sorry no tech support via PM's
DAP 1360 needs a broadband modem connecting to it because it does not have it's own modem - - are you aware of that?
the manual says if I want to configure the router I need to plug a Ethernet cable then open a specific site or type in dlinkap in the webpage but for me when I plug in the cable it wont come it says unundetified connection or limited. thanks
phil im sorry but im not aware of that. thank you for telling me that so what sould I do now or how will do it?
thanks
As likely you are aware by now - this deice does not have a built-in modem; do you have an isp provided modem with an ethernet port; or a modem from wherever - that does connect to your isp dsl service OK? Page 11 onwards graphics the various configurations of the device (presuming you do have a modem).
Page 18 of the manual takes you through the whole process - providing you do have a modem...
You need to know the IP address set on your wireless router first. If your router is in factory default settings, the default IP address is 192.168.0.50, so you could then configure network settings on your PC's wireless adapter as shown below: IP address: 192.168.0.100
subnet mask: 255.255.255.0
gateway: 192.168.0.50Finally log into its web management page by typing its default IP address (192.168.0.50). Read the router manual to get more understanding. Hope this helps.

picoHat I did what you exactly and I manage to configure it but the problem now is it lose connection after a minute then when I try to set again it always happen. it seems like its not stable. is this normal??
Whenyou configure or set up a router there is (usually) an option - a requirement - save the changes (the details you entered/established). Have you done that?
