how to set folder access to active directory

Specs: Windows 2k3
I have installed active directory & domain. I have created users data folders on server 2003 which has active directory. I want to use folder security. nobody can access some others folder. I tried a lot. Suppose i have created folder name Santosh & loged from santos name from client pc. Then only santosh can access his folder. If someone want to access that folder access denied message should come. & whan i add that user to access that folder then he will be able to access that group. i need this help.

Users folder <----remove everyone - assign admin
........Jblow <-----set to inherit - assign jblow
........JaneD<-----set to inherit - assign JaneD

Only jblow will be able to access jblows folder. Same with JaneD.

I would suggest you review the chapters involving assigning rights in any server book. This is basic stuff.
