A wireless router can only be used to make a LAN (Local Area Connection) and wireless itself (using enterprise level point-to-point antennas) is not useful in a WAN situation. In a MAN possibly depending on distance and line-of-sight interference between buildings.
There are multiple ways to create a WAN. The simplest would be ensuring all locations have internet access and then you create VPN tunnels to join them using VPN endpoint devices.
