Specs: Windows 7
error 711 this is the error i don't have internet in my laptop and the router is fine my son just using the wifi and everything fine so why i can't connect to the wifi ?

Do Step 1, this is very important > Do a Proper Power Reset First!
Right click on the exe & click on > Run as administrator.

You do not give much information to go by.
If Wifi has been working and has recently stopped working, I generally recommend restarting that computer or device. If that does not work, restarting the router often helps. It is not unknown that some devices connect and others do not and restarting the router often fixes this.
If the computer has never connected to this network, make sure Wifi is turned on and then make sure that your network is showing up as an option and is selected. Reenter the password may help but if not then select "Forget" for your network. It will reappear shortly and when you select it to connect, it will ask you for the password again. Reenter it.
If this does not help, try going to the mfg's site and downloading the chipset driver for your machine and operating system and installing it. Then repeat above to log in.

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.

Yes, to add to #3, I have known powering off the router and powering it on again cure an issue which only affects one device. Nothing lost trying this as first step.
