I Googled 'Beini Wifi Card' and all I find are products designed to crack WEP/WPA/WPA2 to get Wifi passwords and free Wifi from others. Apparently they do not include real instructions but one on Amazon review was pretty descriptive about it. This is not a product I would encourage.
If it is not what you are referring to, please elaborate.

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.

And to clarify your situation a little more..

Are you actually trying to enable wifi on this computer (and as earlier... - make and model?)

Also do you have an active broadband connection, and are able to use the computer using ethernet connection?

And make/model of your router?

Unfortionatly I am not able to use the computers ethernet cable to establish my connection. Due to the fact that I can only afford to use hotspot. Now you might ask why not use the network card built my computer; I would but my internal network card has been broken since I I recieved the laptop.

I'm going to attempt a translation from B-Diddy-speak to English,
for anyone else trying to help:

When you say "I use to be able to use it on my Asus laptop" I think
you are saying that you were able to use the wireless network card
on your Asus laptop. Is that correct?

How do you connect the wireless network card to your laptops?

Did the wireless network card come with any instructions?
Are there instructions for the card on the CD?

As trvlr asked, what is the make and model of the wireless
network card?

How do you know that the internal network card in your HP Probook
laptop is broken? Did the previous owner tell you so?

The "Beini CD" is a version of Linux used for "network testing". I'm not 100% clear on what you're trying to do, but this is not a hackers forum.

If the wifi adapter is truly dead - is no more... - then simplest solution is to use a usb wifi dongle?
