Specs: Windows XP
my working area lan is control by admin.they always change the ip number because sometime my server line drop because some computer is effected by networking virus .The problem is how can i trace ip number.

Type following command in command prompt (cmd.exe), should be able to find the IP address assigned to this computer, network mask and gateway IP (router IP) and DNS servers info.

ipconfig /all

mancat there are a number of assumptions in your statement

ip addresses change when using dhcp = normal

If you want to find the machine that maybe infected you normally do:

have antivirus that will tell you if there is a problem on the workstation.
look at port stats [if managed switch] or in your router logs for excession traffic
