Unless they have remote administration turned on (which I doubt unless they really want to get hacked) then you don't. You could VPN in through their firewall then access their routers. The best solution is to use one of the computers on their LAN. I use VPN for all of my remote LANs.

I don't think the opp wants a second router they just want to access a router on a different LAN. I could be reading it wrong though. Such a simple question.
